This work includes:

- Maintenance of the central gate and the Molos peninsula of Ioannina Castle

- Annual contracts with the Bank of Greece for the preservation of the exterior sculpture of Paris Prakas in the central shop of Ioannina.

- Maintenance of the marble statuette of N. Skoufa and the tombstone of Gerashthis at Komotti Artas.

- Maintenance of all interior decorative elements (wooden ceilings, fireplaces, stairs, cupboards) as well as many objects of the folklore museum of Margaritio Thesprotia.
